Great staffs, nice work, and competitive price on replacing a garage door opener. On the first phone call, Sabrina was very helpful and patiently explaining to me the differences of garage door openers they provide, price, and what are included. I was very comfortable with the conversation and learning new things. On the second phone call to make an appointment, Sabrina again carefully went through every details, made sure they got every piece of my information correct, as well as patiently answered all the questions I had. On the day of installation, Brent called me 20 minutes before he arrived (as I was informed when making the appointment). He did a nice, quick, and clean work. After the installation, he went through the usage of my new opener, as well as setting up the opener on my phone. Moreover, he remembered to save the existing functional bulbs on my old opener. Payment on their website was also convenient.

Our son is a new driver and has taken out the driver's mirror on the car twice AND the side of the garage... yes, that's another story... We had to replace the garage door and I was worried about the potential cost to repair the side it was attached to. Brent came on Tuesday, installed a new door that looks fantastic but more than that, he repaired the side of the garage that the door is attached to with such care, it looks fantastic, didn't cost more than the initial quote which was nominal. We have been very pleased with R & R since 2022... Thank you!

I had R&R come over for minor service on our garage doors. Appointment was made a few days in advance so I was very happy that it happened that quickly. I was quoted up front on the cost. The tech called me with his ETA and showed up right on time. Outside of the tech letting me know he was here and when he was leaving I didn't know he was here. Very courteous tech. Work performed was as quoted and our garage doors work better than new. Invoice came as quoted. I highly recommend them
